Day 1 | Arrival in Fiji
Arrive in Nadi and be welcomed into the Tour of Fiji experience.
Transfer to your opening resort, settle in, and meet fellow riders and partners at a welcome dinner overlooking the Pacific.
Day 2 | Stage 1
Nadi to Sigatoka | 68km
Begin your journey with a magnificent ride along Fiji’s western coastline, where ocean light, swaying palms, and warm island air set the tone for the days ahead.
This opening stage offers a graceful introduction to the tour, with rolling terrain, coastal vistas, and glimpses of everyday Fijian life along the roadside.
At the finish, a seamless transfer takes riders onward to their Coral Coast accommodation, while partners enjoy a leisurely morning and a scenic onward journey of their own.
Day 3 | Stage 2
Sigatoka Valley TT | 37km
A crisp, exhilarating day in the heart of the Sigatoka Valley.
This out-and-back time trial follows the river through rich farmland and lush valley scenery, offering a focused and memorable test of pace, rhythm, and control.
Riders are supported to the start line and returned to the resort after the stage, while partners can cheer from the sidelines or spend the day at leisure with resort comforts and optional indulgences.
Day 4 | Stage 3
Coral Coast to Suva | 55km
Today’s route carries you toward Fiji’s vibrant capital, blending a rewarding ride with changing landscapes and a sense of arrival.
Expect a series of measured climbs, open views, and a satisfying finish just beyond Suva, where lunch awaits before the onward transfer into the city for the night.
Partners enjoy the same journey at a more relaxed pace, with time for a polished cultural or resort experience along the way.
Day 5 | Stage 4
Korovou to Rakiraki | 98km
The signature stage of the tour unfolds across the northern reaches of Viti Levu, where challenge and beauty meet in equal measure.
This is a grand day of riding - long, varied, and richly scenic - with climbs, descents, traditional villages, and fertile farmland framing the route to Rakiraki.
Your finish sits close to the resort, so the transition from road to relaxation is effortless.
Day 6 | Stage 5
Rakiraki to Ba | 68km
Your final riding day traces the coastline in a memorable finish to the Tour of Fiji.
With the sea beside you and the island opening out ahead, this stage offers a beautiful final stretch of riding before the celebration begins.
After the finish, riders and partners regroup at the host resort for a banquet dinner and awards evening, closing the tour in style.
